Great to meet you!

I have always loved therapy, from the time I was a little boy! I find meaning walking the journey to healing and elevated perspectives with my patients! Over the last twelve years I’ve work with children, adolescents and adults and found my home working in adult recovery services! Mental health matters and I am all for ending the stigma together!

My approach to therapy

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. In your first session, we will explore your goals for therapy and together decide on objectives and appropriate interventions on how we will make progress. With CBT, we will look at how your core beliefs affect your thoughts and emotions and review how we can improve experiences by confronting self defeating beliefs for the better.

What you can expect from me

Maya Angelou said, "people forget what you say, people forget what you did, but people never forget how you made them feel." I help my clients improve their quality of life. I work with anxiety, depression, relational issues, impulse control issues related to past experiences and work in therapy to make sense of those experiences and work towards solutions to move forward in a healthy adaptive way
