Great to meet you!

I have been a psychotherapist for almost 15 years. I am passionate about my work as a psychotherapist. Both clients and colleagues have known me for providing a "tough love approach" while simultaneously challenging them to reach their potential. While hiring, training and supervising new therapist, I would often remind them, "Clients don't care what you teach them, until they know that you care about them".

My approach to therapy

I treat all my clients with respect and work to build a therapeutic alliance while simultaneously challenging them. It is my desire to welcome all clients by demonstrating compassion, commitment, and authenticity.

What you can expect from me

The first session is to get to know each other, establish trust, build a therapeutic alliance, and discuss treatment goals. I generally begin by asking questions about how they were raised as children, the level of nurturing, and how their needs were met.
