Great to meet you!

I'm a psychiatric provider in New York, currently seeing clients on weekends and evenings. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and families — ADHD and mood-related challenges are a major focus of my practice. My approach is open and direct: I'll be honest with you about what I see, while making sure you and your family feel genuinely heard. Whether you're navigating a new diagnosis or looking for a provider who will actually engage with what's going on, I'm here to work through it with you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, direct, and open-minded. I take the time to understand what's really going on before drawing conclusions, and I speak plainly about what I see. With children and teens especially, I focus on building trust first — clear, honest communication with both the young person and their family is at the heart of how I work.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation — I'll ask about your background, what's been difficult, and what you're hoping to get out of treatment. I'll be straightforward with you, and you won't feel rushed. By the end, we'll have a shared sense of what's going on and a clear direction for how we can move forward together.
