Great to meet you!

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to caring for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults navigating mood disorders, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, sleep disorders, ADHD, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, and impulse-related disorders. My approach blends compassionate support with evidence-based care, medication management, supportive therapy, motivational interviewing, and holistic treatment planning. I believe in treating the whole person, not just the diagnosis, while creating a safe, culturally sensitive space where you feel heard, respected, empowered, involved, and supported throughout your mental health journey.

My approach to therapy

My philosophy of care is rooted in evidence-based practice, compassionate engagement, and whole-person psychiatry. I recognize the connection between emotional, physical, cultural, spiritual, and social well-being and I work collaboratively with patients and families to create realistic personalized treatment plans that support healing, stability and growth.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a warm, calm and nonjudgmental space where I listen to your story, concerns, and goals. I value empathy, professionalism, cultural sensitivity and trust, and I work to help each patient feel safe, understood, and supported. Together, we will create a thoughtful treatment plan focused on improving your quality of life.
