Great to meet you!

I help people navigate life’s challenges by focusing on what truly matters to them. I use an approach that encourages embracing your thoughts and feelings rather than fighting them. Together, we’ll explore how to live in a way that’s more aligned with your values, even in the face of stress, anxiety, or difficult emotions. My goal is to support you in creating a life that feels meaningful and true to who you really are, not defined by your struggles but by your choices and actions.

My approach to therapy

In my work, I believe the therapeutic relationship is a powerful tool for healing. I also draw on evidence-based approaches to help my clients move forward. One of these is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which guides individuals in facing their challenges by fostering psychological flexibility and helping them live in alignment with their values.

What you can expect from me

You are the expert on your own life, and my role is supporting you identify solutions that help you live in alignment with your values. I believe therapy doesn’t always need to be a long-term commitment, and my goal is to equip you with tools and insights that lead to lasting change. We will work together to clarify your goals, identify any obstacles, and create actionable steps for achieving those goals. Along the way, we'll collaborate to adapt our approach to what resonates most for you.
