Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience, I believe mental health and wellness support success in relationships, work, and living a values-driven life. My approach is affirming, solution-oriented, and open-minded. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, and life stressors. My goal is for you to leave therapy with greater clarity and confidence to make meaningful changes and live according to your values.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a collaborative process, and you’ll help guide our work together. We’ll build on what has worked for you in the past, identify areas for growth, and create a personalized plan using evidence-based approaches, including CBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I’ll guide you through a comprehensive assessment to better understand your needs, goals, and strengths. Together, we’ll begin developing a personalized treatment plan and identify the approach that best fits you. My mission is for every client to feel supported and successful, and I’m committed to providing the guidance and encouragement needed to help make that possible.
