Great to meet you!

One of the most important things to know about me is that I am here to join with you as you engage and participate in this journey! My therapeutic experience includes work with youth, adolescents, adults, families and couples, with a focus on diagnoses and presenting problems including depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorders, interpersonal and personal health, marital conflicts, oppositional and conduct concerns.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I strive to foster an experience of safety, trust, and partnership as we work together towards the process of change. While being direct, I pride myself on having a “whatever it takes” holistic approach, integrating multiple therapeutic modalities catered to your needs in a safe and therapeutic environment.

What you can expect from our first session

In joining with you on the journey and exploration towards positive mental health, my efforts are to increase personal and interpersonal growth while remaining authentic and purposeful.
