Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has provided mental health therapy for adults and families for about 15 years. I have studied and applied counseling methods from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Therapy and psychodynamic-informed therapy. Over the last 10 years, I have found that an Attachment perspective is most helpful. I have put together an effective approach to couples counseling. I look forward to meeting with you!

My approach to therapy

Working together, we can see what is both urgent and what is important for you. That idea will continue at each session. The approach is what you might call "guided flexibility!"

What you can expect from me

Engaging with a therapist should be a positive, rewarding experience. I like persons to have something useful, valuable, insightful from each session.
