Great to meet you!
Happy to meet you!
Do you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, down and unable to move forward? Many people seek therapy to help manage stress, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, and/or major life changes. Therapy is a place where you should be able to talk freely without feeling judged. Through validation and understanding, my goal is to create a comfortable and supportive environment and assist you with the challenges that you have been burdened with. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is built not only on clinical skill, but also on honesty, trust, personality fit, and feeling like your therapist matches your needs. I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and take a practical, solution-focused approach to therapy, often drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My clinical experience includes working with adolescents, young adults, and older adults in a variety of settings, including schools, psychiatric hospitals, substance use treatment programs, and outpatient clinics.
