Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m James Salas, a Board Certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of experience helping adults, veterans, and professionals navigate anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Having served 24 years in the military, I understand the impact of high-stress environments, burnout, and unresolved trauma — and I specialize in helping clients find clarity, calm, and renewed purpose.

My approach to therapy

I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and solution-focused strategies to help you gain insight and develop tools that work in real life. Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, feeling stuck, or seeking support through a major change, I’m here to help you feel grounded, empowered, and heard.

What you can expect from me

I believe in creating a safe and collaborative space for clients to explore their concerns and work toward healing.
