Great to meet you!

Do you feel overwhelmed, scattered, or stuck in cycles of anxiety and procrastination? Losing track of time, underestimating tasks, struggling to quiet your mind — and not knowing why? These patterns may be linked to ADHD. Many adults reach adulthood without ever learning that what they're experiencing has a name. ADHD in adults often looks different than the textbook version — and it frequently goes undetected for decades. The adults I work with are often highly capable people who've built impressive lives — but carry a quiet exhaustion from working twice as hard just to keep up. They mask well in public, struggle privately.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates evidence-based therapies that address trauma, neurodiversity, and adulthood experiences. Collaboration with medical providers is welcomed during process.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for me to get to know you—not only the challenges you’re facing, but also your values, identity, and what feels meaningful in your life. I approach this time with care and curiosity, recognizing that opening up takes courage. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for; my priority is to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and attuned to your unique needs. From the beginning, we’ll move at your pace and start building a foundation of trust and collaboration.

As we continue working together, I’ll support you in setting clear, meaningful goals that reflect what matters most to you. We’ll break those goals into manageable steps and track your progress along the way, celebrating wins—big and small—as you grow and move forward.
