Great to meet you!

As a current Registered Nurse of 19 years, a former US Coast Guard boarding officer of 6 years, a Registered Addiction Counselor, and a current Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have learned how to approach issues of anger, loss, addiction, abuse, anxiety, trauma, PTSD and pain. Through a client-centered and collaborative approach that supports all aspects of one’s life, such as the emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual bodies, I offer a safe space where freedom from the story of pain can be addressed and resilience is gained. Allow awareness, confidence, and authenticity to guide you to Freedom.

My approach to therapy

My focus on treatment is determined by the uniqueness of the client and the goals they wish to achieve.

What you can expect from me

A first session provides a chance to get to know one another, what support is needed, what is hoped for as a change. Clarity can be gained here to identify initial goals and questions can be answered. This beginning is a point to ensure a comfortable process in moving forward is attained through a collaborative process.
