A bit about my approach to therapy

I work to understand the individual's concerns so that we can find solutions mutually. I like working with all ages and have a special interest in seeing very young children. I have been counseling adults and children for over 20 years. I am also a State approved supervisor and enjoy working with other therapists to understand what is going on in the therapy relationship.

What you can expect from our first session

In our sessions together, we will collaborate in order to establish goals to work towards over the course of treatment. My goal is to help guide you in the direction you want to be in. I believe that a therapist can encourage you to recognize your strengths so that you can use them to help you grow.
