Great to meet you!

I’ve been in private practice for over 14 years, helping individuals and couples work through trauma, relationship struggles, addiction, and longstanding patterns that keep them feeling stuck. My approach integrates evidence-based methods, including EMDR, Brainspotting, and mindfulness-based practices, to support healing at a deep level. I'm also a CSAT trained therapist. I believe therapy is not only about reducing symptoms, but helping people reconnect with their strengths, move toward wholeness, and create meaningful change. My hope is to offer a space that feels compassionate, practical, and growth-oriented.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, compassionate, and practical. I work to create a nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe, supported, and understood, while also helping them move forward with clarity and intention. My style blends insight-oriented therapy with coaching and concrete tools, drawing from trauma-informed approaches and my years in the CSAT community. While we make space for pain and struggle, I also believe in building on strengths and focusing on growth, healing, and what’s possible.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for me to understand your story, your goals, and what support would be most helpful to you. I work collaboratively to begin developing a plan and structure for therapy. Because I believe meaningful change comes not only through insight, but through a clear path and practical practices. Clients often leave with greater clarity, initial tools, and a sense of direction for the work ahead.
