Great to meet you!

I enjoy learning about ways we can change and understand our human existence. We are thinking, feeling and doing beings. Cognitive behavioral therapy provides a framework to identify ways to do it differently and better. Trauma treatment modalities like EMDR may support processing neurological and physiological reactions and being able to feel secure and safe while staying connected to others' more fully. Our story is just that; we write it and edit it. We get to choose the chapters and path of our lives through the unknowns, mysteries and celebrations.

My approach to therapy

" We are all doing life for the first time." We give it our best shot and sometimes lack the skills to realize a good result. That's what we will focus on, past and current challenges holding you back and what you desire to be different. Let's make that space and see what can happen.

What you can expect from me

I want to listen and understand what is going on for you. This is a safe space for you to express the things you need to put to words and find the courage to do so.
