Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated therapist with vast life experiences who has also been a client of therapy myself. I understand pain and I appreciate the desire or need to feel better and to heal. I believe there is a definitive connection between the mind, body and soul; and there is at least something that connects us all. You are not, and should not be alone, or feel, ever, that you are.

My approach to therapy

It is important for each client to feel welcomed and heard. Therapy is about the individual’s, couple’s, group’s or family’s needs, goals and preferences. I approach our time together with openness, humility, acceptance, and free of pre-conceived judgement. I will meet you where you are. Your reactions and perceptions to your experiences are valid and shall be treated as such.

What you can expect from me

Our first session together will consist of getting to know each other a little more and to know what brings you to seek therapy. I will be conducting what’s called an initial biopsychosocial assessment to learn more about each component of your life and the impact on you of each of these components as they relate to your goals. I will also want to gain an understanding of what your expectations are of me and the therapeutic process along the way, so I can best help you succeed.
