Great to meet you!

I am an LPC in Texas and Colorado. I'm also trained in EMDR and Discernment counseling. I'm a caring, humorous, and direct guy. I always try to help you develop perspective and self-awareness while encouraging you to live congruently with your values.

My approach to therapy

My primary approach is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which I like to call a kinder, gentler Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. We'll explore how your emotions and thoughts can influence how you show up in the world through your behavior.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will include getting to know each other and exploring your expectations of therapy. We'll probably laugh a little and find some common interests.
