Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 8 years of experience supporting individuals through some of life’s most difficult and transformative moments. I’ve had the privilege of working with people across all age groups, but my passion lies in helping adults who are struggling with anger, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.

I understand that life doesn’t always go as planned. You might be feeling stuck in negative patterns, overwhelmed by emotions, or disconnected from the people around you. Whether you’re navigating personal growth, recovering from a loss, dealing with work or relationship stress, or just feeling “off,” I’m here to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help build on their strengths and attain the personal growth that they are committed to accomplishing. My approach to therapy is collaborative, empowering, and grounded in real-life change. I believe that healing and growth happen in a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported—but also gently challenged to explore deeper patterns and step outside your comfort zone. I draw from Client-Centered Therapy, Supportive Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to tailor each session to your unique needs. Whether you're working through anger, anxiety, depression, grief, or relationship issues, I help you understand the “why” behind your experiences and develop tools to manage emotions, improve communication, and create meaningful change.

Therapy with me isn’t just about talking—it’s about taking action, building insight, and gaining the confidence to navigate life more effectively. I focus on helping you:

  • Identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns
  • Build emotional awareness and regulation skills
  • Strengthen relationships and communication
  • Set boundaries and prioritize self-care
  • Develop practical coping strategies for stress and overwhelm

I show up authentically—with warmth, honesty, and a belief in your capacity to grow. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more connected, and more in control of your own life.

What you can expect from me

With each session, I want clients to know and feel that I am here to support and assist them with navigating those aspects of life that are hard but you so desperately want to change. I’m not here to “fix” you—I’m here to help you uncover your own strength, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and push through what’s holding you back. In sessions with me, you can expect to feel supported, heard, and gently challenged. Together, we’ll work to uncover the root of your struggles, build practical coping tools, and develop emotional awareness. You’ll leave with more clarity, confidence, and skills to manage life’s challenges and relationships with greater ease and self-trust.
