My approach to therapy

As a philosophy, I believe that you should have a voice in your psychiatric care. Together you and I will create a plan that is individually tailored and attainable for you. As a compassionate provider, I am the sounding board that silently guides and walks with you. Providing quality care through initial assessments, medication management, and psychotherapy is my passion.

What you can expect from me

I am a proud ally and psychiatric provider to those who identify as racial minorities, queer, or other marginalized and vulnerable groups. I prioritize connecting with patients on a basic human level first and sessions also often include a bonus shared laugh or two. I strive to create an open non-judgemental environment that allows ease of disclosure.
