Finding the right counselor is paramount to achieving success. I’m an Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) & Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). I received both my B.A. in Psychology & M.A. in Counseling & Guidance from Texas A&M.

I am licensed in Texas and Nevada, Nevada clients can only schedule virtual sessions.

My approach to therapy

I am EMDR certified, I employ various treatment modalities but lean towards interventions that work directly with your nervous system. I work with trauma, addictions in various facets from substance use to sex and love addictions, adjustment disorders, relationship issues in all aspects of self and others as well conflict resolution.

Finding the right counselor that you can be open and honest with about things that you struggle being honest with yourself about is crucial to good treatment outcomes. Both my personal and academic experiences have shaped my therapeutic approach and my ability to provide you with a judgement free safe place to express and process your innermost thoughts.
