Great to meet you!

We are all the authors of our own lives, but sometimes, trauma can take the pen out of our hands. My name is Jami, and I am dedicated to helping individuals of all paths reclaim their stories.

I have multiple years of experience working with individuals of all genders, races, and identities that experienced domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. I also have past experience working with the geriatric population and families and children.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, as well as navigating the unique emotional complexities of the IVF journey and women’s reproductive health.

In our sessions, you won't find a sterile clinical environment or a list of 'deficits.' Instead, we work within a Strength-Based framework, focusing on the resilience that has already carried you this far. I believe in the power of Personal Narrative—the idea that by reshaping how we view our past, we can change the trajectory of our future. Whether you are healing from deep-seated trauma or the quiet exhaustion of infertility, I offer a safe, radical acceptance where every part of your experience is honored.

What you can expect from me

During our first session you will find a sanctuary of safety. I hope to provide you with a calm, non-threatening space where you have control. Together we can collaborate to create boundaries and establish a baseline for further sessions. We will take that time to also identify the current version of your story, focus on existing strengths, and discover what healing will look like for you.
