Great to meet you!

She has experience working with individuals across the lifespan, supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, loss/grief, life transitions, LGBTQ+ concerns, self-esteem, and identity. Jami offers coping skills to help clients manage life stressors.

My approach to therapy

With my holistic approach, I look at the whole person, not just symptoms. Building trust and rapport are central to my work because real healing happens when you feel safe and understood. I focus on helping clients strengthen communication skills, navigate interpersonal challenges, manage anxiety, and explore their sense of self. Whether we’re working through trauma, improving relationships, or fostering self-acceptance, my goal is to meet you exactly where you are and support you in creating meaningful, lasting change.

My passion is to help you through life’s toughest times. I'm here for the good times too, through it all. My goal is to help you address your needs and accomplish your desires for the life you’ve always envisioned. If you're looking for someone to vent to and someone to understand your perspective, then we will be a great fit!

What you can expect from me

First sessions are about getting to know each other, discussing your perspective of the presenting problem, and identifying goals. First sessions with me are a simple way to ease into therapy.
