Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jami. I am a therapist specializing in trauma and attachment, with over 14 years of experience guiding children, families, and women through the complexities of life. My journey in the therapeutic field has equipped me with a profound understanding of the challenges that many face. I believe that healing is possible for everyone, no matter how daunting the circumstances may seem.

I earned a Bachelor's degree in Child and Family Studies and a Master's degree in Counseling from Cal-State. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC).

My approach to therapy

In my therapeutic practice, I strive to create a unique and supportive environment that allows clients to process their experiences at their own pace. By reconnecting with your inner child and using client-tailored modalities, I aim to empower you to uncover your strengths and achieve your personal goals. If you desire, I also incorporate animal-assisted therapy, enhancing the experience with a compassionate touch. I pride myself on my non-judgmental and accepting approach, understanding that each individual's journey is unique. I am working towards my certification in PCIT (Parent Child Interactional Therapy) and DBT.

What you can expect from me

If you are ready to take control of your healing. Then I am ready to take this journey with you. I use tailored therapeutic modalities that resonate with each client. I believe in making a safe and comfortable space that you as the client can let down your guard and trust the process.
