Great to meet you!

For nearly 20 years, I've worked with people from all walks of life, and I bring that same openness to every session. This is your space to explore what matters to you. I'd

love to work with you.

My approach to therapy

I meet people where they are at, and I let that guide how we work together rather than forcing a single method on every person. Depending on what you need, we might draw on cognitive behavioral therapy to work through specific thoughts and patterns, acceptance and commitment therapy to help you move forward even when things feel hard, or motivational interviewing when you're weighing a change but not sure you're ready. I also lean on a strength-based, humanistic approach, meaning we start with what's already working in your life, not just what's broken. Whatever it is that you want to work on, that is what we are going to do.

What you can expect from me

I try to create a warm, welcoming environment that you will feel comfortable in from our very first conversation. In our first session, we'll spend time talking about what brought you to therapy and what you're hoping to get out of it, there's no script to follow and no pressure to have it all figured out ahead of time. From there, we'll use a mix of practical, problem-solving tools and space to just be heard, depending on what each session calls for. You set the pace. My hope is that after we meet, you feel like this is a place where you can show up as you are and actually be understood.
