Great to meet you!

I am a multicultural and multiethnic therapist offering individual, couples, and family therapy to clients throughout Washington State. I specialize in helping people heal and strengthen their relationship with themselves and with the people who matter most in their lives.

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, burnout, perfectionism, self-doubt, or relationship challenges, while also navigating cultural expectations, family dynamics, identity questions, or societal pressure that can feel difficult to name or talk about.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive. I believe healing happens when your values, identity, and lived experiences are understood—not overlooked. Together, we work to build insight, emotional resilience, and practical tools for lasting change.

I integrate CBT, ACT, DBT-informed skills, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. For couples and families, I use EFT and Gottman Method (Level 1) interventions to support communication, repair trust, and deepen connection.

My goal is to create a space where you can feel understood, reconnect with yourself, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you create meaningful change in your daily life. Together, we explore patterns, challenges, and goals and build practical tools to support growth, healing, and healthier relationships.

I help clients strengthen their relationship with themselves and others while navigating anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, and relationship stress. Many also carry cultural expectations, family dynamics, identity questions, or unspoken pressures that shape how they see themselves and relate to others.

As a bilingual, multicultural therapist, I understand how identity and lived experience influence emotional well-being. I create a supportive space where all parts of your experience are respected and integrated.

My work is tailored to each client and uses evidence-based approaches to support lasting, meaningful change.
