Great to meet you!

As an LCSW, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to your wellbeing and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! I’ve been a therapist for over 20 years, so my areas of experience and expertise have grown and expanded with my clientele. I mainly use a CBT model and I mostly work with adults, ages 18-55.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in supporting people who want to strengthen their relationships and manage stress more effectively. My approach focuses on increasing awareness of patterns and habits that may no longer be serving you and how to establish healthy boundaries.Through this process, you’ll gain tools that foster a greater sense of calm, confidence, and resilience.

What you can expect from me

My role is to offer a space where you feel truly comfortable, safe, and heard. Reaching out for support is one of the healthiest and most courageous steps you can take. Everyone comes to therapy with their own story, struggles and hopes. Whatever brings you here, I welcome you. Together, we can work towards a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
