As a board certified counselor and a licensed clinical psychotherapist, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to healing and maintaining stability in life. You've already done one of the most challenging steps to beginning your healing journey by seeking help so congratulations on your courage in moving towards the life you desire! Although I’ve been practicing for 15 years, my primary focus has been geared towards my innate passion for assisting people in navigating through life’s most challenging transitions stemming from symptoms of anxiety, trauma/stress, behavioral and depressive related disorders.
