My approach to therapy

I’m dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing, growth, & self-discovery. I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients understand the deeper roots of their thoughts and behaviors.

My approach is grounded in the belief that everyone has untapped strengths, and that with the right tools and support, meaningful change is possible.
