Great to meet you!

Maybe you're struggling with something that happened years ago, navigating a difficult season of life, or watching your child struggle and aren't sure how to help. I work with children, teens, and adults who want to feel understood and make meaningful change. Together, we'll slow things down, make sense of what's happening, and build practical tools for moving forward—at a pace that feels manageable.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in trauma, pediatric mental health, and personality disorders. My approach blends trauma-informed CBT, CPT, play therapy, expressive arts, and whole-person care. I tailor therapy to the person in front of me because there isn't one path to healing.

What you can expect from me

You don't have to know exactly what's wrong or have the right words to start therapy. You just have to know that something isn't working anymore. Therapy is a place where you can show up as you are, without judgment. We'll figure out the rest together.
