Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over 10 years of experience in the counseling field. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults ages 14 and older, providing a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment where clients can feel comfortable being themselves.

My goal is not to tell you who you should be or what your life should look like. Instead, I want to help you better understand yourself, identify what you want for your life, work through the things that may be holding you back, and develop the tools and confidence needed to move forward.

I believe every person has strengths, even during times when those strengths may be difficult to see. Whether you're navigating a difficult season, healing from past experiences, struggling with your self-worth, or simply feeling ready for something to change, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. We can start exactly where you are and work from there.

My approach to therapy

I am EMDR certified and work with clients experiencing a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief and loss, divorce and relationship transitions, and the effects of narcissistic abuse. I also enjoy helping clients work through difficult experiences, understand unhealthy relationship patterns, rebuild their confidence, and move toward healing.

What you can expect from me

I believe that meaningful therapeutic relationships are built on trust, understanding, acceptance, and genuine connection. My approach is warm, encouraging, compassionate, and occasionally humorous—because I believe therapy can be a place where you feel both supported and comfortable enough to be your authentic self.
