Great to meet you!

I have been working in field of social work for over 30 years. The last 24 years have been in direct care in mental health. As a late bloomer, I went to graduate school at age 40, with the goal of becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. That goal was made official in 2024. I enjoy helping people become self-actualized, and to live their best lives.

My approach to therapy

My connection with people is based on a humanistic view; namely, that all people should be afforded the opportunities to live their own, best life. I seek to provide a safe space for a person to share, to feel heard, and less alone.

What you can expect from me

People I work with feel that I am sincere and caring. Together, we create a space that is just about your healing. It is important to me that people know I honor the sanctity of the therapist and client relationship. I honor and respect the vulnerable nature of the work.
