Great to meet you!

I have been an LCSW for over 20 years and absolutely love the work that I do. I have spent my career working with young adults, adults + families as they navigate issues surrounding depression, anxiety, dynamics in their relationships, grief + loss and substance use. I am passionate about working with women as they navigate dating, marriage, motherhood, and parenting + co-parenting.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to help my clients create a healthier path + to walk that path with confidence + calm. I believe strongly in the power of resilience and our ability to heal. I am here to connect, to listen, and to provide you with the tools that will allow you to become the best version of yourself. I am not about buttoning up shirt collars. Rather, I want to meet you right where you are. I feel strongly that therapy does not have to feel so clinical and formal. We are all humans and we all struggle.

What you can expect from me

To me, it’s about being genuine, learning that being vulnerable can be safe, and working together to figure out how to get you where you want to be. I would love to be a part of your healing journey. You deserve to feel calm, confident and to be the best version of yourself. It is possible.
