Great to meet you!

Hello! I am Jamie Crouch a Licensed Counselor in the State of Missouri and the State of Kansas. I have been counseling for over 10 years in both community mental health settings and private practice. I work with teens, adults, families and couples. I used a person-centered approach when it comes to therapy and working with my clients. I am trained in EMDR, TF-CBT and am a Registered Play Therapist. I also utilize CBT and DBT techniques.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize a very welcoming and warm approach with all my clients. Clients feeling safe, comfortable and trusting is my first goal in the therapy setting so they feel they can be open. I used a person-centered approach. I am trained in EMDR, TF-CBT and am a Registered Play Therapist. I also utilize CBT and DBT techniques.

What you can expect from our first session

I want clients to leave sessions feeling safe, a sense of comfort and empowered. I hope that clients feel they have bettered their overall mental health in therapy and have the tools to continue to do so moving forward.
