Great to meet you!

Hi, and welcome! I’m Jamie, and I’m really glad you’ve taken this step to prioritize yourself. The next, and most important part, is finding a therapist who feels like the right fit for you.

I am experienced and educated in multiple approaches of therapy, integrating the mind and body to address insecurities with emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. My approach is informed by your unique personality, history, values, and goals to weave together a treatment map that feels meaningful and relevant.

As a therapist who has overcome personal trauma and hurdles to becoming a more secure and healthy person, I know what it’s like to be on the other side. I offer a completely nonjudgmental, non-pressured, but structured approach.

My approach to therapy

I use CBT, mindfulness, and body-based interventions for self-regulation. I find a balance between challenging unhelpful thoughts, and empowering your emotions to take charge in relationships, situations, even situationships to get more of what you want.

I offer trauma-based therapy using attachment and developmental theories to support healing. While your past doesn’t define you, understanding your story is a priceless asset for reclaiming control.

What you can expect from me

Common challenges my clients often discuss are work stress, communication and romantic relationship issues, women's mental health, growing families, life transitions, ADHD, anxiety/panic, and avoidance.

In sessions, I'll bring the tools, education and, some may say a touch of "therapy wizardry" to every session. But my greatest hope is that each session leaves you with a renewed sense of hope, validation, and energy to tackle unhelpful thoughts and behaviors holding you back.
