Great to meet you!

You don’t have to keep sabotaging the parts of your life that matter most.

I work with people who feel lost, overwhelmed, or stuck in self-defeating patterns—whether that’s addiction, emotional reactivity, or pushing people away. These cycles are often rooted in pain you didn’t ask for. But change is possible. Therapy offers a space to understand what’s underneath the chaos and learn to respond differently.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), I help adults slow down, identify their emotional triggers, and begin shifting from self-destruction to self-awareness.

My approach to therapy

I’ve worked in the mental health field since 2010, across a wide range of settings. That experience has shaped a flexible, grounded skillset — one I use to meet you exactly where you are.

Together, we’ll create a treatment plan tailored to your specific goals. Whether you're navigating addiction, relationship distress, or another life challenge, we’ll start with clarity and build step-by-step strategies to help you move forward.

Therapy with me is collaborative, focused, and rooted in real progress — not generic advice. You’ll always understand the “why” behind our work, and how it supports your healing.

What you can expect from me

In sessions with me, you can expect to be challenged — not just to face what’s difficult, but to speak about yourself in a more honest, compassionate, and empowered way.

I genuinely enjoy helping clients notice and take credit for the quiet, meaningful ways they already support their own healing.

Measuring progress in therapy can feel tricky, but we’ll make it doable. Together, we’ll define what progress means for you — in real, measurable ways that build confidence, hope, and momentum.
