Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Jamie. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and I help neurodivergent adults build self-compassion, align their goals, and begin to thrive. Though I am passionate about working with neurodivergent, queer and marginalized individuals, I have experience with a wide range of diagnosis and lived experiences. Id love to connect for 15 minute free call to see if we would be a good fit!

In our work, show up as a human. My work with you is rooted in the knowledge that you are the expert of your world. I am here to offer curiosity, compassion, insight and perspective, gentle interventions attuned to your needs.

My approach to therapy

I use a flexible, person-centered approach that pulls from ACT, CBT, IFS, DBT, ERP, and relational/attachment-focused frameworks. I aim to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to explore what healing looks like for you.

What you can expect from me

As a neurodivergent clinician I provide an understanding, compassionate and realistic expectations of neurodivergent adults and their needs. My work with you is grounded in building genuine, affirming relationships that center the lived experiences and identities of you.
