Great to meet you!

Since 2015, I have dedicated my career to serving the community by working with individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities. I also support veterans by connecting them with essential mental health resources. I firmly believe that creating a safe, inclusive space—where individuals are encouraged to show up as their authentic selves—is vital for personal growth, transformation, and healing.

Guided by this philosophy, I strive to meet clients where they are, honoring their unique experiences and perspectives. Together, we embark on a collaborative journey of self-discovery. I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and firmly believe that at various points in our lives, we can all benefit from the support and insight offered through the counseling process.

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time with my family, attending sporting events, and baking. I look forward to joining you on your path toward healing and growth
