Great to meet you!

I help clients reconnect with their mind and body, build a sense of internal safety, and use their strengths to support meaningful change. I provide a safe, inclusive, and affirming space, with experience working across trauma, grief, personality disorders, anxiety, and depression, including with LGBTQIA+ individuals. My approach is strengths-based and trauma-informed, and I tailor therapy to each person using evidence-based tools like CBT and somatic techniques. I understand that seeking support can feel overwhelming, and I aim to make the process feel approachable, collaborative, and empowering.

My approach to therapy

My approach is strengths-based and trauma-informed, grounded in a belief in each person’s resilience and capacity for growth. I integrate evidence-based practices such as CBT and somatic techniques to support both mind-body connection and emotional regulation. I do not take a one-size-fits-all approach and instead tailor therapy to each individual’s unique needs and goals. I value collaboration and invite ongoing feedback to ensure our work together feels supportive and effective.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and building a sense of comfort and trust. I’ll invite you to share what brings you in at a pace that feels right for you, whether that’s your current concerns, symptoms, or goals. We’ll begin to explore what you’re hoping to get out of therapy while making space for any questions you may have. By the end of the session, we can discuss potential next steps and what ongoing work together might look like if you choose to continue.
