I help clients reconnect with their mind and body, build a sense of internal safety, and use their strengths to support meaningful change. I provide a safe, inclusive, and affirming space, with experience working across trauma, grief, personality disorders, anxiety, and depression, including with LGBTQIA+ individuals. My approach is strengths-based and trauma-informed, and I tailor therapy to each person using evidence-based tools like CBT and somatic techniques. I understand that seeking support can feel overwhelming, and I aim to make the process feel approachable, collaborative, and empowering.
