Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona who is committed to helping clients gain satisfaction in their lives. Over the past 18 years, I have had the opportunity and joy working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. I also facilitate groups and work as a Clinical Supervisor for new therapists I strive to create a safe, non judgmental environment where clients feel comfortable to talk and share their story.

My approach to therapy

My approach with clients is personal, allowing me to connect and work collaboratively with them. I also work to identify dysfunctional thought and behavior patterns. Once these patterns are known, solution-focused, DBT and cognitive behavioral techniques can be used to elicit change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a welcoming space designed for you to share your story at your own pace. Many clients arrive carrying a lot—thoughts, emotions, questions, and experiences that may have been building for quite some time. It’s completely normal if that first conversation feels like a rush of words or an emotional release. Think of it as an opportunity to finally exhale and be heard without judgment.

This initial meeting is primarily about understanding you—your concerns, your history, and what brings you to therapy now. I will listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and help clarify the patterns, challenges, and strengths that are present in your life.
