Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm a licensed Nurse Practioner, Board Certified in Family Medicine and Psychiatric Mental Health. I have the passion for helping adults and adolescents improve their mental health and emotional well-being. I offer personalized mental health services including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and integrative psychotherapy, based on your individual needs.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults & teens who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, interpersonal issues, family/relationship conflict, etc. I use 1:1 integrative psychotherapy, using a combination of CBT, DBT, person centered, motivational interviewing, & interpersonal therapy approaches in my sessions tailored to your specific needs. Together we can identify your strengths, explore your concerns, recognize patterns, eliminate barriers, and find motivation to achieve your personal goals.

What you can expect from me

My goal as your mental health provider is to create a safe, private, trustworthy, and nonjudgemental space in which you can feel comfortable expressing your thoughts and feelings. I’m here to listen, understand, & support you as I give you the necessary skill set to help guide you to make meaningful changes in your life!
