Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Jamie, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving clients throughout Florida. I hold a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling, along with specialized certification in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of South Florida. I am also a Master Addictions Professional certified through the Florida Certification Board.

With more than 25 years of experience in the mental health field, including over two decades as a therapist, I bring a compassionate, collaborative, and down-to-earth approach to therapy. I work with individuals, couples, and families facing challenges related to trauma, anxiety, relationship concerns, addiction, life transitions, and emotional healing.

I currently provide therapy services through my private practice in Gulfport, offering both in-person and virtual sessions to support clients in a way that feels comfortable and accessible. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel understood, empowered, and able to make meaningful changes in their lives.

My approach to therapy

I take a multi-faceted approach to therapy, incorporating each client’s strengths, values, and experiences when providing guidance. I use a variety of evidence-based approaches and strategies and ensure each client gets exactly what they want and need from therapy and from their therapeutic experience.

What you can expect from me

I expect my clients will have a renewed sense of hope and motivation, in addition to any tools and guidance that would benefit them. I feel like therapy is productive and meaningful to a client when they can experience “a-ha” moments throughout the therapeutic relationship and having felt a sense of accomplishment for the therapeutic work they are doing.
