I received my BSW from Rutgers University,Minor in Psychology &my MSW from Monmouth University, concentration:clinical practice w/children& families. Employed in the social work field since 2013, I spent my first few years working for NJ Division of Child Protection and Permanency.Working there led me to recognize my skills&passion to help as being beneficial in a work setting where I'd have more opportunities to do so.I have provided therapy services in-home(IIC)&in private practice since 2018.

I utilize a strengths-based approach, solution focused approach, client centered treatment, &regularly utilize CBT, DBT, art therapy,& motivational interviewing. I have extensive experience working with individuals in crisis, adjustment and transitional disorders, ADHD, Anxiety disorders, Attachment disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Bipolar, Depression, Personality Disorders, Self-esteem issues, work related conflicts, family conflicts, individuals dealing with grief and trauma, HSP's,& more.
