Great to meet you!

There are endless variations of human experience, and I prioritize acceptance, curiosity, and respect in the therapeutic relationship. I received my BSW(2013) from Rutgers University, Minor in Psychology &my MSW(2015) from Monmouth University, concentration: clinical practice w/children& families. Employed in the social work field since 2013, I spent my first few years working for NJ Division of Child Protection and Permanency where I collaborated with children, adults, and families who were often experiencing times of crisis/uncertainty. I have provided therapy services in-home (IIC)& in private practice since 2018.

My approach to therapy

I am attuned to differences in communication styles, sensory needs, processing speed & emotional expression, and I adapt my approach to meet each client where they are. I collaborate rather than prescribe, working alongside clients to identify strategies that align with their nervous systems, values, and lived realities rather than societal/neurotypical expectations. I am intentional about pacing, language, and consent, ensuring clients feel empowered and in control of their therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

I balance validation with insight, helping clients make sense of their experiences in a world that often misunderstands or marginalizes. I support identity exploration, self-advocacy, and self-compassion while also addressing challenges such as burnout, anxiety, trauma, and relationship stress. My clients feel safe being themselves with me—unmasked, honest, and fully human. I strive to help individuals mold their lives into ones that feel authentic, sustainable, and self-directed.
