Great to meet you!

How's it going? I'm imagining you or someone in your life is struggling-- dealing with suffering somehow-- and that's what led you to look for a therapist. No matter how hard it is, you don't have to deal with it alone. We can work together to help with suffering and find more open-hearted space for you-- moving through life transitions, making change, healing relationships, and growing more into your life

My approach to therapy

I'm a client-centered, relational, culturally mindful therapist, grounded in somatic, family systems, psychodynamic, and harm reduction models. Harm reduction, usually associated with helping people make change around substance use, offers simple, clear guidelines for solving complex problems: How can I reduce harm in my life? How can I increase benefit?

What you can expect from me

Let's talk and find out how we could work together to help you moving forward. Let's find ways to help you get some relief, and feel more grounded, calm, spacious, and capable of handling whatever it is you're going through.
