Great to meet you!

Hi there, I’m Jamie! I’m so glad you’ve taken this bold step toward improving your mental health. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I’ve built my practice around evidence-based approaches, drawing especially from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which form the foundation of my work with clients.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and practical. I believe that clients are the experts of their own lives, and my role is to provide tools, guidance, and encouragement as you move toward the changes you want to see. I incorporate skills from DBT and ACT to help clients manage overwhelming emotions, build self-compassion, and take meaningful steps toward their goals.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a balance of a safe, nonjudgmental space to process your experiences, with concrete strategies you can apply in daily life. I tailor therapy to your unique needs, focusing on what feels most relevant and helpful for you in the moment.
