Great to meet you!

Welcome, I'm glad you're here. I’m a somatic psychotherapist and registered dance/movement therapist who helps women come home to themselves through body awareness, nervous system regulation, playful creativity, and integrative care. Life brings both pain and beauty, and it takes courage to seek transformation when things feel stuck, heavy, or overwhelming. I often work with women navigating anxiety and emotional stress, relationship and family patterns, trauma and loss, meaning and purpose, self-esteem and life-path issues, spirituality or religious concerns, and life transitions. I believe that healing unfolds within authentic, non-judgmental connection, where you are met with attunement, curiosity, and space to rediscover who you truly are.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is a space to breathe, slow down, and develop a deeper relationship with your inner life. We creatively explore sensations, parts of self, expressive movement, and mindful awareness to help you access and process emotional truth and inner wisdom. Alongside this depth-oriented work, I bring a practical and engaged approach, offering clear guidance, structure, and solution-focused tools to support emotional regulation, insight, and real-life change. When the body feels steady and resourced enough to open, new choices and possibilities can emerge. Approaches I draw from include somatic psychotherapy and dance/movement therapy, attachment-based and relational therapy, SE and trauma-informed approaches, Internal Family Systems, and other evidence-based practices. My role is to walk with you, nurturing embodied resilience, strengths, and wholeness with warmth and encouragement, while also fostering greater clarity, self-trust, joy, and a sense of belonging within yourself.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you’ll have space to share what brings you here, your unique story, and the goals or dreams that are stirring within. If we decide to work together, our work will be collaborative, respectful, and shaped around your needs and healing intentions. I strive to create a warm, genuine connection where honesty and vulnerability can be held with care and presence. You can expect me to listen deeply, offer thoughtful reflection and gentle challenge when helpful, and provide holistic tools and practices to support relief, integration, and empowered wellbeing in your daily life. I aim to help you feel supported in your daily life, with tools and practices you can use between sessions.
