Great to meet you!

I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner who takes a collaborative, thoughtful approach to care. My goal is not just to prescribe medication, but to truly understand what’s going on and help you feel better in a way that aligns with your goals.

I work best with patients who want to be engaged in their care. I’ll help you understand your diagnosis, walk through treatment options, and we’ll make decisions together. Many of my patients are navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, ADHD, or life transitions, and are looking for both clarity and practical support.

Appointments are structured but flexible—we’ll focus on what matters most to you, while also making sure we’re addressing symptoms effectively. I often incorporate brief therapeutic strategies into sessions, especially around anxiety, stress, and behavioral patterns.

I value clear communication, consistency, and follow-through. I’m not a quick-prescription provider—I aim for high-quality, evidence-based care that actually leads to lasting improvement.

If you’re looking for a provider who listens carefully, explains things clearly, and works with you (not just treating you), we’ll likely be a good fit.

My approach to therapy

I provide medication management and supportive therapy for conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, and neurocognitive concerns like dementia or traumatic brain injury. While diagnoses guide treatment, I focus on understanding the whole person — their history, strengths, and challenges — and use evidence-based practice to support meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Clients who work with me can expect a warm, collaborative approach. I explain options clearly, involve you in decision-making, and respect the pace that feels right for you. My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where healing feels possible and practical tools are within reach.
