My name is Jamie McDonough and I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with clients that are seeking relief from depression, anxiety, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a powerful tool to assist people on their journey to healing. I strive to create a welcoming, warm, non-judgmental and safe space for client's to feel comfortable sharing their struggles, identifying barriers, and setting goals. It is an honor and privilege to assist clients in self discovery and to witness the growth that is accomplished through this work is truly rewarding.

My approach is person centered and strength based, meaning I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Together we will explore emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. Through mindfulness, skill building and utilizing various evidence based treatment modalities that best fit your needs; we will discover ways to address symptoms, and learn more about how you relate to yourself and others.
