Great to meet you!

I received both my bachelors and masters degrees in Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. I specialize in trauma related disorders, anxiety, and grief. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a range of difficulties from stress through severe symptoms related to a variety of disorders. I have training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Taking the first step toward mental wellness can be daunting. I’m here to meet with you authentic kindness and empathy as you begin to make changes to better yourself and your life. I foster a nonjudgmental atmosphere for you to explore all the inner-workings that may be contributing to you not feeling like your best self.

What you can expect from our first session

If you chose a more solution-focused approach, sessions will be structured to allow for time to learn a skill that you will be able apply to a variety of life challenges. If you chose a more supportive approach, you will leave feeling seen and heard.
