Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor specializing in trauma, empowerment, and interpersonal relationships. Throughout my practice, I have dedicated myself to helping individuals navigate the complexities of their emotions so they can reclaim their lives. Happiness is what we all strive for, and I deeply believe that by leaning into a compassionate space and having an empathetic ear to listen, that happiness is truly attainable. I consider myself to be highly flexible and adaptable to my clients' needs, ensuring that we work together in a way that feels comfortable, supportive, and authentic to who you are.

My approach to therapy

If you are struggling with day-to-day stress, you may feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and stuck in patterns that seem to repeat no matter how hard you try to change them. It can feel like you have tried everything, yet nothing truly works. You might notice the same situations or emotional reactions showing up over and over again, leaving you feeling powerless and unsure of how to move forward. I believe that many of these frustrating cycles—and the intense emotions that come with them—are deeply rooted in past or current relational experiences, including trauma. Whether you struggle with substance abuse, difficulty with intimate relationships, anxiety, flashbacks, or self-doubt, my approach focuses on safely addressing that underlying trauma. When we do the work to begin healing those roots, we can start to see things in an entirely new light.

What you can expect from me

From our very first session, you can expect a warm, judgment-free environment where your comfort is my absolute priority. We will go at your pace, focusing on building a trusting connection and untangling what brought you to therapy in the first place. I will provide a compassionate, empathetic space for you to share your story without ever feeling rushed. Together, we will outline a flexible path forward to help you heal from past trauma, break free from exhausting cycles, and build a brighter future filled with genuine empowerment and healthy relationships.
