Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Jamie, I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) who graduated from Columbia’s School of Social Work and I am looking to support you in being your fullest and truest self. My clients would describe me as warm, affirming, fun, and passionate. I never claim to be the expert in your life, but if you allow me the privilege of being let in, I promise to help you reach for the goals that seem hard to accomplish alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered and holistic. It is important to me that you are the driver of your experience while I can support with a road map. This is your journey.

I am trained in a variety of modalities including EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, etc. However, my aim is to help you manage the day to day stressors, while tapping into the historical events that sit heavily on our shoulders.

What you can expect from me

I offer consultations to ensure that I can provide a safe, warm, accepting space for you to fully express yourself each week. It will be important to come into session with questions for me about how I can help you reach your deepest therapeutic goals. I am excited to connect!
